Our US customers sell at $5 on average. In some malls, prices range from $8–$10. You can set and change the pricing easily on each machine. Sugar costs about $0.12 per candy.
A fully loaded machine can make about 300 cotton candies. Before running out of sugar, the machine sends a notification to your phone. Details: one cotton candy requires 25g of sugar; a full load requires 8kg of sugar — four colours at 2kg each.

Sugar, candy sticks, and clean water.
From a local supplier, Amazon, or directly from us (shipped from China). We offer sugar at $3.50/kg and sticks at $0.05/piece, excluding shipping from China.
Sugar size: 15 mesh (1–2mm). Sizes 14–16 mesh also work. Available colours: White (milk flavour), Pink (strawberry flavour), Orange (orange flavour), Blue (cantaloupe flavour).
Yes! From your phone you can view: sales details by day, month, or custom date range; sugar and stick inventory alerts; machine status including temperature; and a live camera feed from the built-in camera for troubleshooting.
Machines are connected to the internet. When a problem occurs, a notification is sent to both our engineers and your phone. We will try to resolve the issue remotely if possible. For hardware problems, we will assist and guide you through the fix. If parts are confirmed broken, we ship replacements to you as soon as possible.
Add sugar, add water, drain waste water, and clean the machine inside and out. These tasks need to be done every 1–3 days.
One-year hardware warranty. Lifelong free technical support. During the warranty period, broken parts are covered by us. After warranty, parts costs are the customer's responsibility, but we still provide lifelong free tech support.
1. Choose the payment devices for the machine to calculate the total cost. 2. Send us your address so we can check shipping costs — we deliver to your warehouse or mall if possible. Door-to-door shipping is available in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. 3. Pay 50% as a deposit to start production. 4. Once production is complete, we send videos and photos for your confirmation. 5. After confirmation, pay the remaining 50% balance before shipment. 6. Shipping begins. 7. Shipping time: 30–50 days depending on the region.
